Anita Nouryeh

To me, makeup is the kind of transformation that can heal, entertain, and is limitless in it's creativity. I feel as though every project I approach is like starting from the begining all over again because it's a constant learning experience. NYC is my home. I grew up right here in Manhattan and I truly believe everything I've seen in the city's many transformations has influenced my sense of time, reality and character in people, places and things. I love all kinds of makeup from the every day to the avant-garde to special FX. I'm always excited about my work and look forward to every project I'm involved in. My mom told me to "stay true to yourself" and i try to live by that everyday. :)
